Perseverance Is Key, LLC was birthed out of the belief that one should continuously pursue their destiny. Founder and CEO, Jasmin Chatman firmly believes that the adversities of this world have an ending point, but the destiny assigned to our lives is infinite.

Jasmin strives to make a positive impact on the lives of everyone she encounters. Her newfound courage to speak her truth ignited a passion to share her journey of fully trusting the process of healing and hope. Through her first literary work, A Year of a Million Pieces, she seeks to inspire others to restore their mental and emotional well-being and live up to their full potential.
She has also authored two additional books, When I See Me and We Were Born Two Weeks Early: The Story of the Super Twins. Both works are inspired by her forever muses, her twin sons.
Jasmin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Ohio Dominican University.

When I See Me, was birthed out of the heartache and sadness Author Jasmin Chatman, felt after watching the video of Ahmaud Arbery's murder. This is a love letter to her SONshines and all of the beautiful and brilliant boys in the world.
